Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery/pickup, and the roses must be in their original condition and packaging. If something’s not right with your order, just reach out — we’re always happy to help make it right.

We deliver our eternal roses straight to your door — beautifully packaged and ready to wow. A delivery fee does apply and depends on how far you are from us:

• Close by (within 5 miles): $20

• A bit further (5–15 miles): $35

• Farther out (15+ miles): Starts at $40, calculated at checkout
